The dish is typically made by cooking boneless chicken pieces in a rich, aromatic gravy made from a blend of spices and yogurt.

Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup cream
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cream, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the yogurt mixture, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade, and stir well.
- Cook the chicken until it's tender and the gravy thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the chicken and mix well.
